Many customers wonder why 44 caliber? The answer is easy. While 308 subsonic are
certainly quiet, the ballistic end result is questionable. Most 308 bullets are
intended for expansion and terminal ballistics at much higher velocities. The 44
features projectiles that are intended for optimal terminal ballistics at the subsonic
velocity levels.
We have sold many of these rifles to game control officers. They have been utilized
extensively on wild boar, and one customer has terminated over 100 boar. There have
been no complaints.
Each rifle comes with scope and rings. S&H also have one of the last remaining stocks
of these now discontinued rifles.
